How to Submit Your Cancellation Request

The fastest and most reliable way to cancel is by completing our official online form. This ensures we have all necessary details and provides you with an immediate time-stamped record.

  • Online: 👉 Membership Cancellation Form

  • In Person: Visit our centre during operating hours and complete a physical Cancellation Form with our Member Services team.

Important Note: After submitting the form, you will receive an automatic email copy of your completed request. This is for your records and is not your final confirmation. Our team will follow up personally within 48 business hours.


📅 When Does My Membership Officially End?

To ensure you get the most value and we stop your billing accurately, we process cancellations according to the following policy:

Your membership will officially end on the Wednesday before your next scheduled direct debit date.

Key Rules to Note:

  • Minimum Commitment: All standard memberships have a 28-day minimum commitment. If you cancel within this period, your membership will remain active until the 28 days are complete.

  • Final Access Date: Your membership remains active, and you can continue to use our facilities, until the Wednesday before your next direct debit OR the end of your 28-day minimum commitment—whichever is later.

🛑 Important Things to Know

  • Outstanding Payments: All overdue balances must be settled before we can process your cancellation.

  • No Backdating: Cancellations are effective from the date your form is received. We cannot backdate to your last visit or a prior verbal conversation.

  • Freezes vs. Cancellation: Once a cancellation is submitted, we cannot process a membership freeze. If you only need a temporary break, please contact us about a freeze before cancelling.

  • Medical Exceptions: If you need to cancel due to a significant medical reason, please contact our Member Services team directly to discuss alternative options.


❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel immediately? No. Your cancellation takes effect on the Wednesday before your next direct debit, or the end of your 28-day commitment—whichever is later. You can use the facility until that date.

What if I submit the form on a weekend? Your request will be officially logged on the next business day. Please allow 48 business hours from that log date for our team to follow up.

Can I cancel on a direct debit day? Yes. However, if you submit the form on a debit day, your cancellation will apply to the next scheduled debit cycle.

When is the final cut-off to avoid the next debit? To avoid the next direct debit, your completed form must be submitted before 11:59 PM on the Wednesday prior to your scheduled debit date.
